Gumball 3000

Dennis called in the morning and asked us whether we wanted to go to Gumball 3000. I was like 'wtf?!' cos I just woke up and was hearing such a cheesy event name for the first time. After wiki-ing it, I realized that it was some kind of annual rally held every year where exotic cars are used for this event. So wu liao one, the rich and famous who had nothing better to do other than to blow 28k pounds to race around 3 continents in 8 days in their Lambos and Aston Martins. So I decided to go.

Met up with him at Pall Mall at 2.00pm (actually it was 2.15pm, we're somehow always late whenever we're supposed to meet up with Dennis) where a huge crowd had gathered for the race to begin at 4. We started walking down the grid where all those rich basta- i mean, contestants cars were placed and ready to begin. It was something out of a motor show - from the SLRs to the Carrera GTs; even a few Phantoms and Enzos were used in the race.
